I enjoyed the clean room and comfortable bed. the proximity to victoria station made travel easy. the self check-in and check-out system worked well for me, it provided flexibility. i found the communication from the staff effective. They addressed my queries promptly.

the stairs were a bit narrow, making it slightly difficult to carry luggage.

Amazingly Located with Clean Rooms!

I loved this location. Victoria Station is only five minutes away. Shops and restaurants surround the hotel. The room was really quiet. I must point out that the bed was very comfy.

The staircase was a little narrow. Carrying luggage was a small challenge. I think improvements in the staircase can be made.

Tesco Express is super close. It is one minute away. Bakeries are just one or two minutes away from the premises. There is variety of options for eating and drinking in close proximity to the building.

The location near Victoria Station proved convenient. I found good local shops and restaurants nearby. The room was a quiet space with a comfy bed. I slept well. I appreciated the value, especially considering how expensive shared accommodations can be.

I noticed only three coat hangers were available, slightly limiting.

I found the location near victoria station excellent. nearby were restaurants, bars, and a large sainsbury's. an extra bonus was the fridge in the room. i requested an extra pillow, and a staff member delivered it within 20 minutes. I consider it excellent customer service.

i noticed a slight musty odor upon entering the accommodation, a bit off-putting. it seemed more noticeable in the entryway.
